Rajasthan Desert Triangle Tour

Day 01 : Arrive Delhi
Arrivel at IGI(Indira Gandhi International) airport Delhi. You will be met and assisted by our representative on arrival in Delhi and transferred to hotel via pre booked A/c car.After lunch you can visit the local market and enjoy the lifestyle of the Delhi Evening at leisure. Back to Hotel and overnight stay.

Day 02 : Delhi - Mandawa
Morning breakfast and then check out from the hotel, proceed for the half day city tour of Delhi. In Old city, drive past Red Fort built by Emperor Shah Jahan then Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India; Raj Ghat- the memorial of Mahatma Gandhi , India Gate – A War Memorial Arch. Also drive past the President’s house, Parliament house, Government secretariat buildings and Connaught place – the heart of New Delh.

In the afternoon, drive 280 kms to Mandawa,Check in to Hotel/Resort, Mandawa is a sleepy little typical Rajasthani town, which is deep rooted with culture. Later enjoy a walking tour of Mandawa, which includes the medieval fort that gradually rises on the horizon like a mirage. A painted arched gateway adorned with Lord Krishna and his cows leads to the bazaar. A breathtaking view of the town can be seen from the terrace of Castle Mandawa. The Mandawa family has a collection of traditional ceremonial costumes.

Evening: Free to explore the surroundings of this village.

Day 03 : Mandawa - Bikaner
After breakfast, explore the surroundings of Mandawa and later leave for BIKANER, (190 km), which was once a major trading post between Africa, West Asia and the Far East. The arts prospered receiving the patronage of a wealthy merchant community. The city is renowned for the best riding camels in the world. This afternoon during your tour you will visit Camel Breeding Farms; Junagarh Fort, a formidable structure encircled by a moat and having some beautiful palaces within. Situated at a height of above seven hundred feet above sea level, it towers over the city and can be seen from a distance. The fort and its palaces are profusely decorated with magnificent stone carvings. 30 kms south of Bikaner is the village of Deshnoke, where the famous Mata KarniTemple is situated.

The 600-year-old temple is dedicated to Karni Mata, an incarnation of Goddess Durga. The temple plays host to thousands of rats that form the major attraction here. The rats are considered sacred and worshipped accordingly. You have to be very careful while entering the inner sanctum, because it is believed that if you accidentally step on a rat, a gold replica has to be made to compensate for the lost life. Return to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 04 : Bikaner - Deshnok - Khimsar
After breakfast start the travel to Khimsar. On the way visit 600 years old Deshnok Rat temple. The temple is famous for its black rats, which are treated as sacred and given protection in the temple. On arrival at Khimsar check in hotel for stay. Enjoy the Jeep safari, visit local villages, wild life, sun set on sand dunes. Return to Hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 05 :Khimsar - Oscian - Jodhpur
Have breakfast and start the travel to Jodhpur.on the route Visit of the 7th century Mahaviraocian Jain Temple and 2000 years old Jija Mata Temple at Oscian village. Then visit the Mehrangarh Fort was built by RaoJodha ,The fort is situated 400 feet (122 m) above the city and is enclosed by imposing thick walls,then visit of Jaswantthada It is a 19th-century royal cenotaph built in commemoration of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II and Spice market clock tower. Then return to the room for overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 06 : Jodhpur – Delhi return
After having Breakfast start the final travel journey to Jodhpur Airport. From there you will be directed towards your home where the tour ends.
